I'm going to try the beans and sausage casserole. I have all sorts of beans in my cupboard as well as *loads* of pasta, rice and noodles.

Have a great week.

Great menu this week. I was wondering, since Bailey is a *veggie*, do you have to fix him something different each night or does he just not eat the meat from the meals you serve?

That Pioneer Woman Sandwich sounds great... and, thank you for linking to her site! I used to visit it frequently, but when I lost my favorites list in a hard drive crash, I couldn't remember her name. Thanks!!

It all sounds really good Annie, hope you guys have a wonderful week!

That Crockpot Four Beans and Sausages is something I've been making for years. The recipe is originally from Fix It and Forget it, and it's fairly versatile. I've used different beans and it always comes out good. It's not fancy or a "pretty" dish by any means. In fact, it looks like "goop" as my husband calls it. But, it's comfort food for us and it tastes good. I kid myself and tell him it's healthy :)

Have a great week and a Happy 4th of July!

How are these dishes on WW points? Just wondering.....

Mmmm...yum!! I'm thinking I just might change my potato salad on the 4th to either your pasta salad or the Napa Cabbage salad...hey, I might do both! ;)
Great menu!

Did you make the pioneer woman chicken sandwiches last week? I told Dion about them and he was drooling. Literally. Now I don't cook like that usually (you know it's super healthy at my place) but I told him I'd do them for his birthday. Aaah sweet :)
