Yummy! The enchiladas sound so good. I may just have to try them sometime. Ya know, I've never had black beans before. I love beans but just haven't ever thought to try them. Do they taste anything like pinto or kidney beans?

By the way, I like the signature you gave Carrie!!

Hi Annie--love your menu and those chicken cream cheese enchiladas may have to make their way onto my menu plan---it not this week, next week--yum! Thanks for visiting my blog yesterday. I really have just started writing in earnst the past couple of weeks. I have always wanted to keep a journal but the physical act of writing is not fun for me. I wanted to tell you that your site is beautiful. I spent some time here last night reading through some of your entries. Izzy is beautiful and my hat is off to you and your family for being so committed to working with her without ceasing to bring about the best outcome for her. I am sure there are days and weeks where you grow weary and sad, but the hope you have in Christ shines through your site and He will sustain you. Thank you for sharing your life and your story with us. You seem like an amazing woman/wife/mom!
