faith lift fridays ~ psalms 84 ... valley of weeping

I wrote this post the other evening, and it was sort of sandwiched between posts... but it has been on my mind so I wanted to share it today for faith lift friday's post.

Psalms 84:4-6
How happy are those who can live in your house,
always singing your praises.
Happy are those who are strong in the Lord,
who set their minds on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.
When they walk through the Valley of Weeping,
it will become a place of refreshing springs,
where pools of blessing collect after the rains!

To put your strength in God brings immeasurable joy and blessings. While we think we know what we need, God knows how to bless our socks off! When we are walking through the valley the important part is to remember that we shouldn't set up camp there! Just keep moving and get out of the valley!

So true, Annie! Some people (all of us at time) tend to live in the wilderness and prefer it over going into The Promised Land!

I love your graphic "you must go through the valley to stand upon the mountain"...that is so very true!
And, I also love this Scripture you quoted...it so coincides with the Scripture that "...all things work together for the good...".
It is so very true!!
Thanks for sharing that :)
Have a blessed weekend.
