It is like you can read my mind!!! I had to do that yesterday, today and the SEVERAL days before - but shouldn't I only do it once? I feel like my bag is getting HEAVY!

I love that picture. I can put all my cares and burdens and to-do lists in a backpack, and lay it down and walk away. He will take care of it all in the order He wants. And it is such freedom! Thank you for this visible reminder.

Annie, just wanted to let you know I fixed the Taco Meatloaf last night. It was a hit! It's so nice to have a new favorite in the house and it was fun to make, too:)

I love the visual of the luggage - just giving it all to Him and not keeping it with us! Thanks for the reminder today!

That is precious. Isn't it comforting to know that not only does He care for each one of us, He also cares about every single burden and sorrow we feel in our lives. :)

I have been trying to apply this to real life in the past couple of weeks.I find it brings me closer to God. It is marvelous to think that we can address God the way we address a person we love and trust. And if we can love and trust a human being, we ought to trust God.
I managed to upload the award you have offered me. A sweet Tahnk you in a pink bow-ed box!

Thanks Annie for the reminder.

I have more than just suitcase of burdens. I have a semi-trailer full.

I am so grateful the Lord can carry them all for me. Because I am just not strong enough.

One of my favorite verse and songs. (Do you know the kids' song by Psalty?)
