SCT~ Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue


  • 6 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbeque sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
  2. Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

Ooh, this looks really good Annie! Have you made this one before? My husband loves BBQ chicken and I've done it a couple of times in the crockpot for him, but just with bottled bbq sauce, nothing else. These other ingredients look like good additions :)

This sounds so familiar to me. I think I made this a few years back and we enjoyed it. I wish I kept better *records* of the new recipes I tried back then. LOL!

This looks perfect for our family...my honey doesn't like things too sweet, I tend to like the sweeter. Between the Italian dressing and the BBQ sauce and brown sugar, maybe this will be the perfect match ;)
BTW...is it just my browser or are there dark black lines across your blog?
